Shipping & Returns

Free Same Day Shipping on orders $35+.

We offer FREE Same Day Shipping on all orders $35 and over to the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday, will ship the same day; excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

Orders ship from fulfillment centers located in Nashville, Tennessee and in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Free shipping orders are shipped by Fedex Ground. 

Orders that are not Free Shipping will be shipped via USPS. 

Shipping to PO Box

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. You must use a physical address since we use FedEx for our shipping. 

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada using FedEx Ground, and packages usually get there in 2-4 business days. To find out how much shipping will cost, add items to your cart and then enter your postal code in the 'View Cart' section. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Keep in mind, you'll need to pay any duties and taxes when your order arrives; these are not included in the shipping cost.

Return Policy

We're all about keeping you happy at Pigmently, and we have a fantastic 30-day return policy to prove it! If you're not totally thrilled with your purchase, don't sweat it. Just let us know, and we'll be more than happy to either swap out the item for you or give you a full refund. All you have to do is get in touch with our friendly Customer Care Team to request an RMA.

Just a few little details to remember when you're sending something back to us:

  1. Make sure to initiate your return within 30 days from the day your item arrived at your doorstep.
  2. To make sure we can accept your return, the product needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. To send your item back to us, please buy a return shipping label from a carrier like FedEx or UPS that provides tracking services. 

After we get your returned product, we'll start processing your refund right away. If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within about five business days. Any questions about when the credit will show up in your account? Your card-issuing bank will have all the answers.
